SPCK Group and Wiley: New Distribution Announcement

Wiley Distribution will become exclusive distributor for the UK, Europe, and Rest of World territories (excluding North America), providing customer service, distribution, and credit control functions.

This transition will take place in two phases.

With effect from 1st September 2022, Wiley Distribution will begin servicing all SPCK Group product currently distributed by Macmillan Distribution (including titles from SPCK, IVP, Crossway, IVP USA and St Vladimir’s Seminary Press) and all enquiries related to this product information, availability, and ordering should be through the Wiley Customer Service – Books team at:

Backorders held at Macmillan Distribution will be transferred to Wiley. Authorised returns invoiced by Macmillan Distribution will be accepted until November 30, 2022. After this period, only those returns invoiced by Wiley on behalf of SPCK Group will be credited in accordance with SPCK’s Group’s returns policy.

With effect 1st February 2023, Wiley Distribution will begin servicing all SPCK Group product currently distributed by Marston Book Services (including titles from Lion Hudson and Kregel). A follow-up reminder announcement regarding this second phase will be released later in the year.
