Keeping The Wright Momentum

Tom Wright is a compassionate pastor, an eloquent speaker, and a prolific and talented writer. He gave a great talk about the importance of Paul’s letters, the significance of biography, and the responsibilities of a pastor and teacher. When the event ended, many attendees queued up to buy copies of Paul: A Biography and many of his previous books.

We’re very happy to have been able to finally hold this event for one of our most celebrated and well known authors, especially since his next book will be published this month! We’re keeping the Wright momentum.

As a renowned Biblical scholar, Tom Wright believes that the Bible should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Together with fellow scholar John Goldingay, he has written a new book that makes the Bible and its teachings easily readable for Christians at every point in their lives and every stage of their spiritual journey.

The Bible For Everyone is designed to be read like a novel, and comes complete with introductions to each book of scripture. It is a revised and updated version of the Bible that is part of the For Everyone series.

Hearing Tom Wright speak at our event last week was a privilege. His conviction for his life’s work shines through in the way he shares the Bible’s teachings. He had real passion and drive to write about Paul’s work biographically, and the same shows through in his most recent work. The Bible For Everyone will be published 19 July.
