Professor John Lennox, renowned Christian apologist and Emeritus Professor of Mathematics at Oxford University, will be speaking at Teach the Word 2025, a one-day Bible conference hosted by Calvary Chapel UK. The event takes place on Saturday 28 June 2025 at The King’s Centre, Oxford, and will focus on a powerful and timely theme: The Book of Daniel.

Although written over 2,500 years ago, the Old Testament book of Daniel speaks with surprising relevance to today’s world. From the courage of Daniel and his friends as they resisted the pressures of a hostile culture, to the prophetic visions that reveal God’s sovereignty over human history, Daniel offers both challenge and comfort to Christians facing the cultural and moral upheaval of our time.

Teach the Word 2025 invites attendees on a journey through Daniel, from the fiery furnace and the lion’s den to the four beasts and the seventy weeks prophecy.
