Be present in your life

Many of us practice mindfulness in our daily lives – during our commute, before a stressful meeting, on our lunch breaks, and at the end of a busy day. It can help us to manage stress and anxiety.

There are many similarities between mindfulness and the beliefs held in Christian spirituality. Tim Stead wrote the book about how we can apply the practices of mindfulness to our daily practices as Christians.

More than just meditation

Tim Stead expands on his mindfulness teachings in his new book See Love Be. He discusses how we can use mindfulness not only for stress and anxiety management, and not only in our daily devotions as Christians, but in our whole lives. He writes how we can be more aware, more loving, more thoughtful, and more present in ourselves and in the world.

Being comfortable in your own skin

When we learn how to use this awareness in how we experience the world, how we love, how we give to others, and how we show up in our lives, we can become more compassionate and more comfortable with ourselves. We can move through the world with more security and safety.

See Love Be brings mindfulness teachings into every aspect of our lives and teaches us to show up in every moment.
