About
Listen to the words of angels throughout the Bible and enter Advent with a deeper awareness of the connection between the heaven and earthly realms.
Through the spiritual practice of prayer walking, this reflective guide encourages readers to slow down, step outside, and engage both body and spirit as you journey through the Advent season. Drawing on the words spoken by angels in Scripture, it explores how these messengers of God reveal the good news at the heart of the Christian story.
Each of the four weeks of Advent focuses on a different aspect of that message, helping readers grow in love for God, for their neighbours, and for themselves. Rooted in humility and attentiveness to Christ's authority, this practice grounds prayer in everyday life, inviting us to join our earthly voices with the praise of heaven.
With journalling prompts and questions for reflection or group discussion, Walking with Angels offers a meaningful, embodied way to prepare for the coming of Christ this Advent.
