Davey Jank is Canadian but was raised in the Amazonian jungle by missionary parents. After studying linguistics he responded to a request for help from the Wilo tribe. Marie hails from Miami. She worked in journalism and PR before pursuing a career in education. A short visit to the Amazon convinced her to enter missionary work full-time.
