Dr Jennifer Bute, author of the new book Dementia From The Inside, was once a missionary doctor in Africa, and later a GP and educator for 25 years until she developed dementia. Now Jennifer is much in demand as a speaker and teacher at all levels of society on the subject of dementia and caring for those with dementia, speaking from her unique insider experiences.

Here, she shares her thoughts on self-care for the support workers who help people who have dementia.
